These terms govern your use of the SCENEFX website (scenefx.uk) and any purchases you make. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Pre-orders

Products listed as "Pre-Order" are not yet available for immediate dispatch. By signing up to our waitlist, you are expressing interest — no payment is taken until the product launches and you choose to purchase.

3. Products & pricing

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices before launch.
• Product images are for illustration only and may differ from the final product.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are processed through Shopify. Payment is handled securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery details and costs will be confirmed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & refunds

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from receipt to return an unused product for a full refund. Contact us at hello@scenefx.uk to arrange a return.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including logos, images, and text — is owned by SCENEFX. You may not reproduce it without permission.

8. Liability

SCENEFX products are cosmetic and designed for external use only. We are not liable for misuse. If you have sensitive skin, patch test before use.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
